Why Hydromulch? It is simple...it is much more cost effective than sod, and it allows growth much quicker than simply laying seed. It allows germination at exponential speeds, and prevents soil erosion at the same time.
Any type of surface may be sprayed, for example, golf courses, steep hills, or your home lawn. We have joked that you can spray this stuff on concrete and it will grow grass. There are lots of questions about this process, and with this, many crazy sales tactics floating around. Don't be fooled by companies stating that their prices are higher because "we use more seed in our mixes than the other guys". Lots of hard work goes into the knowledge and experience we possess. Our work is guaranteed! If you do not get a good stand of grass..and are not satisfied...we will make it right!
Pricing
The cost of hydromulch can sometimes be 70% cheaper than sod. Hydromulch is priced by the square foot and ranges from 9-14 cents per foot depending on seed variations, type of mulch, glue, and size of area etc. Most of our applications are 10-13 cents per foot. There are just a few hydromulchers around and pricing is very competitive. I will not try to SELL you on anything nor bad mouth my competitors. We would not be in business if the process didn't work, and most of our business comes from word of mouth.
